Where are parties held?

Pamper divas is a mobile pampering party business for children and adults , travelling to your home or chosen venue.

 

How long do parties run for?

Parties usually run for an hour and half to two hours. This depends on size of group and type of party package.

 

When do you arrive?

Will arrive to you anything from 10 to 20 minutes before to set up , depending on type of party.

 

What is suitable age for packages?

Age guidelines are displayed by each package which I consider appropriate for that age group. It is entirely up to the parents though on what they choose.

 

What days and times are parties available for?

Parties can be booked in the week on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday after school. Usually no later than 5 pm start. Please enquire.
On a Saturday there are time slots to choose from on a first come first served basis:
Mornings
10am to 12pm.
Afternoon
1 pm to 3 pm
Early evening
4 pm to 5:30 pm
Times may vary slightly due to travelling between each booking. This will be more accurate once we have your postcode.
Sundays are only available in the mornings on occasions. Please enquire.
Half term holidays parties are available any-time in the day or early evening on a Wednesday , Thursday or Friday. Saturdays as usual.

 

How far in advance should I book?

The more notice you give of a particular date and time you require would avoid disappointment. Party dates do get booked up quickly especially on Friday and Saturdays.

 

How many hosts will do the treatments at the party?

One hostess per party for minimum of 6 girls to maximum of 10 on some packages , depending on package type. Two hosts or more will be provided on some packages. This will be decided upon package request and amount of girls attending. Please enquire.
For very large groups then 3 hostesses cab be arranged with plenty of notice only.

 

Do I need to provide any other entertainment?

Usually the girls enjoy watching each other receive treatments. Most parents do however play background music for the girls.
Extra add ons may be a good idea to be included on party such as Cupcake decorating or chocolate fountain hire , so the girls can tuck into between treatments.

 

What space do I need to provide for the party?

All towels, equipment and products etc are provided by pamper divas. Need access to warm water, microwave to melt chocolate if hiring the chocolate fountain. Small table to put products onto. Will request a good sized room to set up and dining chairs or sofa if girls receiving a foot soak etc.

 

When should food be eaten?

Would prefer food to be eaten before or after the party. Don’t mind nibbles in between treatments as long as party is carried on and nor stopped due to strict time schedules.

 

Will parents stay during treatments?

Large groups of adults can be disruptive to the party so do prefer parents stay in another room . The host of the party should however supervise the children.
Also whilst setting up if all children could wait in another room so set up time is quicker and a nice surprise for them when they enter the room.

 

Is there a fuel charge cover?

Yes to all areas outside of Bridgend and Llantrisant there is a fuel cover charge which is worked out by the post code.

What happens if a child turns up late?

Parties are based on time schedule due to other bookings and travelling. So late guests can still join in on treatments to whatever point the party has progressed to and may have a shorter treatment. Full amount is still charged for late arrivals.

 

What is the minimum amount of girls?

The minimum amount of 6 girls must be paid for on any package and maximum of 8 to 10 girls depending on type of party. Large groups can be catered for with sufficient notice.

 

How many girls do I pay for on the day?

When making your booking please state amount of girls attending, then 2 days before with the final numbers. This is then the amount of girls that will be charged for on the day of the party. As extra hosts may be needed who are requested to help.

 

What if my party is cancelled by pamper divas?

Pamper divas does its utmost best to never let any party’s not go ahead , except for unforeseen circumstances out of control such as bad weather, traffic. breakdown, illness or family emergencies. In any of these circumstances as much notice will be given as physically possible. A re scheduled date will then be then arranged depending on availability. If not possible to re arrange a suitable date then deposit will be refunded.

 

What if I need to cancel my party?

If you need to cancel your party , you will need to give a minimum of 7 days notice. Your deposit will be held for a future booking based on availability for 2 months.  A date will be agreed to be used by on cancellation.
If you do not want to re schedule the party your deposit will be non refundable.

If you cancel less than 7 days notice pamper divas will not hold your deposit for a future booking and deposit will be non refundable.
